The ninth Moscow air show kicked off in the city of Ru Trajkovski in the outskirts of Moscow on August 18, 2009. Yin Liming, the newly appointed president of China Great Wall Industry Corporation attended the air show. CGWIC, over many years, has conducted much cooperation with many countries, especially Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other CIS countries in the field of aerospace and achieved fruitful results. China-Russia joint Mars probe project has become one of the highlights in the air show which attracted the eye of many viewers.
On the opening day of the air show, many professionals from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, France, Canada and many other countries came to the booth of CGWIC to exchange information. Mr. Yin, the president of CGWIC answered the questions of public concern related to Sino-Russian cooperation and Long March rocket from Central Television, Xinhua News Agency and other media.
