Zhang Xinqiang was appointed Vice President of CGWIC in January 2007; a senior economist, he is a former chairman, general manager and legal representative of China Great Wall International Exhibition Company.

Liu Tao was appointed Supervisor General of CGWIC in December 2004; a senior administrator, he is a former deputy director of the Culture department of CGWIC.

Zheng Haiyan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of CGWIC in March 2008; a senior economist, he is a former deputy director of the finance department of the China Academy of Space Technology.

He Xing was appointed Vice President of Services of CGWIC in March 2005; a researcher, he is a former managing director of the Aerospace division of CGWIC.

Gao Ruofei was appointed Vice President of Services of CGWIC and Chief Legal Counsel of CGWIC in March 2005; a researcher, he is a former chief representative of CGWIC's Los Angeles representative office.

Wang Ruiqing was appointed Chief Economist of CGWIC in June 2008; a senior economist, she is a former general manager of the Finance division of CGWIC (she now holds this position on a part-time basis).
