Senior Manager for Capital Operations

Job description:
1. Responsible for planning the development of corporate finance and capital development strategies and business development planning, establishing suitable standardised and systematised organisation management systems adapted to the company's strategic plans;
2. Responsible for researching the company's internal and external environments to identify investment opportunities, and studying major investment projects;
3. Responsible for the reorganisation and restructuring of affiliated enterprises and the integration of resources;
4. Responsible for external restructuring, research and implementation of merger and acquisition projects in accordance with the main development thrust of the company.

Qualifications:
1. Finance, business management or other relevant professional;
2. Experienced in financial, securities or other corporate sector;
3. Strong innovation, organisation, and coordination skills; involved in the analysis, feasibility studies and decision-making for large-scale investment projects; specialised in capital operations, familiar with relevant tax policies; familiar with domestic and foreign financial rules for listed companies, experienced in the concrete implementation of merger, reorganisation, listing projects, etc.;
4. Familiar with computer applications, proficient business management expertise and financial knowledge; familiar with current economic and financial policies, laws and regulations, with solid knowledge and practice of corporate finance and rich practical experience in investment banking;
5. Able to grasp the business situation, with strong analysis and judgment, organisational control and practical problem-solving abilities, good communication and conversational language skills;
6. Good at taking in new knowledge and accepting new situations, strong innovative capacities;
7. Certified public accountants, investment banking or other financial sector qualification certificates; legally qualifications will be given special priority.
